Since 2014, when we first opened, Chester Floral and Design has been the premier florist in Chester and the surrounding area. We've been serving the area with fresh flower arrangements and additional gifts of all kinds, and we even conduct floral arranging classes in Chester! Chester Floral and Design is a locally-owned flower shop founded and operated by an expert florist named Mary, who loves to work with flowers and use her design skills as a way to give back to the community.
