BOX ELDER COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A Box Elder County man was found dead after what authorities said was a three-wheel ATV accident. Utah Highway Patrol responded to a call just before 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 21. The call was from hunters who told dispatchers they observed a cloud of dust, eventually an overturned ATV, and the deceased driver.
