Russia attacked the Ukrainian capital Kyiv with several waves of drones for the second night in a row, damaging residential buildings and injuring at least one civilian, Ukrainian officials said on Monday.

Russian drones have tried to attack the city of Kyiv on the night of 20-21 October. However, Ukraine's defence forces have destroyed all of the Russian drones, approximately 10 in total, that threatened the city.

The debris set fire to the roof of a one-story residential building. The victim refused hospitalization. Damage to an electric cable in the Dniprovskyi district and minor damage to an apartment in a nine-story building in the Holosiivskyi district of the city were also reported.
