One person has died following a shooting in downtown Indianapolis Sunday night. According to IMPD, shortly after 11 p.m. on Oct. 13, officers responded to the 100 block of South Illinois Street, near Circle Centre Mall,

Police are investigating after a dead body was found in a vehicle that had been taken to a tow yard on the south side of Indianapolis.

Police say the man's head was barely visible inside the car and was surrounded by articles of clothing when he was found.
