Yesterday, Red Bull Rampage 2024 kicked off with its fist ever women's competition. Seven of the world's top riders vied for a spot on the historic podium, after building their lines down a raw swath of steep, loose, and exposed cliffs, chutes, and ridges in the hills outside of Virgin, Utah.

Mountain Bike: Rotorua's Goomes wins Red Bull Rampage
Rotorua's Robin Goomes has made history today in Utah, winning the first ever women's edition of the Red Bull Rampage downhill mountain bike event. The 24-year-old headed off the challenge of the seven-strong field, totally 85 points from the judges. Fellow Kiwi Vero Sandler finished fifth.
