Home Depot has ordered all of its employees, including executives, to perform eight-hour retail shifts per quarter.

Now, all Home Depot employees are required to work one eight-hour shift every single quarter. This is regardless of their job, or whether or not they usually set foot on the sales floor.

Time to dirty up those loafers. Home Depot will be requiring their corporate employees – including the executives and senior management – to work one 8-hour retail shift in a store per financial quarter,
