The mini burritos were available at Costco locations in the Midwestern region of the U.S., and only burritos with sell-by dates of 3/27/26, 4/1/26, 4/2/26 and 4/7/26 are subject to the recall. Customers are urged not to consume the product and return it to their nearest Costco for a refund.

In a statement released by Red’s All Natural's Director of Quality Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance, Brent Heldt, Costco members were notified that their purchased packages of Red’s Southwestern Grilled Chicken Mini Burritos may be contaminated with listeria.

After a company that produces pre-cooked meats recalled nearly 10 million pounds of meat, Costco is recalling some products due to possible listeria contamination.
